In the FRAME of something
Is it acceptable to use
"in the frame of something"
instead of
"in the context of something"???
Example:
"In the frame of the interview the reporter asked some unpleasant questions"
Thanks in advance for your answers.

Re: In the FRAME of something
No. "Frame" would be a Germanism. I would prefer to translate "im Rahmen" simply as "During" or "In the course of" in this particular sentence.
