what are th comparative and superlative forms of 'huge'?
Welcome, Nina.
The general rule is, add -er and -est if the word has one syllable, and use more and most of the word has more than one syllable:
one syllable
big => bigger, biggest
small => smaller, smallest
more than one syllable
elegant => more elegant, most elegant
beautiful => more beautiful, most beautiful
Note, the adjective "huge" has one syllable.![]()
You can also find "more huge" and "the most huge" quite wide spread on the Internet and in the newspapers but I would also go for "huger" and "hugest"
