and the line 'her mother who was the best creature in the world' is that some form of noun concrete/ abstract or is it imagery, personification so confuesed help

Try looking at it this way:
"he [also] had . . . a young daughter, but [she was] of unparelleled goodness and sweetness of temper, which she took from her mother who was the best creature in the world"
The underlined portion is headed by the noun phrase "her mother", which is modified; i.e., defined by, the relative clause (adjectival in function), "who was the best creature in th world."
