Afaik the word nice is another example but this time from negative to positive. The other way round is called pejoration. Often words regain their old meaning. I am not sure in case of wicked. But German language of the youth goes the same way: a word like geil which can be still be vulgar and asssociated with sex suddenly regained its old meaning: terrific.
