Welcome, NandoAR.

Possibly, a person or thing that gives something and then takes it back, a give-taker?

Or maybe someone who is flexible, and is prepared to give-and-take?

I must say I've never heard of the term, but it wouldn't be the first time .

Give-taker is an idiom, it is like saying indian giver, take and give me,
give-taker is when you give but at he same time you take something, and many times is the same thing that you gave, or indian giver, you give and take.
Here in my country there are many indian giver or give taker....gave me but took something back at the same time.
