To remember something
"Remember" basically means "bring out what you memorized in your briain", but sometimes it seems to mean "memorize something =put something into your brain", making confusion. Does the underlined mean the former or latter?

Actually both. If you refer to any monoligual dictionary, you will see both meanings.
