Could anyone help me for the pronunciation between hear and here?
You pronounce them in the same or different?

they are pronunced exactly the same. i know that your problem is about listening. as you hear one og these in speech, movie or news, just pay attention to what they mean, and then, you can EASILY find out which one is used.
