| Neither. You need the definite article before the noun price. The verb decreased cannot be used in the passive voice like this. I would use lowered or changed to. Of the two suggestions, I prefer the first one. |

| Ist one is the result of past action. Second one shows as someone has decreased its price. You can use slashed also in place of decreased. Quote:
