moaning is a noise people make if they are hurt or experiencing strong pleasure. And 'stuff' is other sounds like grunts etc that people make at the same time.

The sense of "moaning" used here is "complaining", not the "making audible sounds" sense. "Stuff" is a filler word used by native speakers to convey "and all the other things that are like that".

So, the phrase "moaning and stuff" means "all that complaining and nagging and criticising and... oh, everything else like that."
