Re: She is no you!!! Yes; it's an emphatic way of saying "she does not resemble you in any respect".
During the televised debates in the 1988 US presidential elections, vice-presidential candidate Dan Quayle compared himself to John F. Kennedy at one point, saying: "I have as much experience in the Congress as Jack Kennedy did when he sought the presidency..."
To which his rival Lloyd Bentsen replied: "Senator, I served with Jack Kennedy, I knew Jack Kennedy, Jack Kennedy was a friend of mine. Senator, you are no Jack Kennedy."
It was considered to be a withering put-down; as a result, variations on "you are no XYZ" had quite a vogue for a while.
