Default pronunciation of plurals,possesives...

Hi,
Are there the same pronunciation rules for plurals,possesives and the third person singular form of verbs? Does the apostrophe change the pronunciation? (for example:books-book`s;boys-boy`s)

No, it does not. They are pronounced the same way.
