Post House and Home ?

Hi, could anyone explain to me how they are different between "house" and "home" ? I can not find the difference between these two words.
Thank you.

Let me try it.
House is a building where one lives. Home is a house where you live and feel that it's your own place, it gives you a sense of belonging.
e.g.:
Next week we are going to a guest house in London.
Alex bought a toy house.
Semi-detached houses are very common in England.
I was at home when I felt a tremor (earthquake).
I have taken lots of efforts to make my house a home.
