Hello,
could you please tell me what "out front" means in the following text:
The fence as shown in the picture below costs 100 EUR each, the consumer price is 130 EUR (the payment should be out front).

I don't know this phrase; but it seems very similar to "payment up front", i.e. "payment in advance".
