Do I pull or push myself while going down a slide?

It depends on the position of your body- if your arms are at the front (you're going head first) then you could pull. Otherwise, I'd use push.

I was wondering,

How can you pull yourself down when you are coming down a slide? Someone else can probably pull you down a slide.

You can push yourself down a slide.

But not very sure whether I am right.
