Abbreviation

Dear Sir/madam,
I see that most of Malaysia company wrote the abbreviated words "Sdn. Bdh" after the name of their company but I do not its full words. Could you please explain to me?

Sdn. Bhd. stands for Sendirian Berhad. In North America, companies use "Inc." (Incorporated), whereas in Malaysia, Snd. Bhd. is used.
