 foreign language versus second language doctor i would like to know the difference between the forein language and the second language. i'm very thankfull in advance |

 Re: foreign language versus second language If you're living in the country where the language is spoken, and it's not your native language, then it's a second language. If you're not living in a country where it is spoken, then it's a foreign language.  |
