    Default Is this sentence correct?

You shouldn`t generalize from one person to an entire nation.

Is it OK to say "the entire nation" instead of "an entire nation" ?

I would suggest " You shouldn`t generalize the entire nation from one person."

"an entire nation" or "the entire nation". The problem, however, isn't the determiner, it's the phrase 'generalize from'.
