Hi!
I can't find a definition for this idiomatic expression anywhere on the net.
'On the bubble'.
Is this like 'in the hotseat'? or more like 'in the catbird seat'?
Is it a good thing or a bad thing?

Sounds like, on the double, doesn't it? I haven't seen or heard of "on the bubble". I'd be interested, though, to hear what it means.

On the bubble means that you are in danger of being eliminated in some contest for example.
In "Fear Factor" Joe, who hosted that show,said always to the competitor,who was nearest to be dropped out of that contest that "You are on the bubble"
