Hi everyone,

Now I am translating the chinese standard for testing the tempered glass lids into English,but I am not sure whether some of them are correct or conform to ways of thinking of westners.I would apprecicate it if you could help me.

“Testing methods: Seal two sides of the tempered glass lids completely with a transparent adhesive tape. With the concave side upward ,place the tempered glass lid onto a 20 mm wooden board.Hold the tempered glass lid with one hand and make sure a dot near the other edge of the tempered glass lid touch the wooden board, punch the dot with a wimble until the lid fracture into pieces.The punched dot shall be 1\4 lid radius and no less than 25mm away from the edge . one fifth area of the glass lid centered around the punched dot shall be excluded from testing.”
