    Default Which is correct?

    i keep on having doubts when i write on the spot articles, which should I use, which is correct?

    Moreover, it will offer an additional 12,000 spaces. The Internet access in those telecenters will be free to students that have enrolled and were chosen for the virtual courses

    or

    Moreover, it will offer an additional 12,000 spaces. The Internet access in those telecenters will be free to students that have enrolled and have been chosen for the virtual courses.

    can any give me pointers on which would be better or if both are right?

    i would really appreciate it

    The second sounds better to me. I'd also go for 'these telecenters'.
