| Hello Angge, welcome to UsingEnglish! Do you have some more background? (For instance, why would a customer call a call centre about a restaurant review?) MrP |

| well, first of all, this particular call center is tailored for directory assistance. They provide services such as weather reviews, traffic reports, directions on how to get to certain locations, and like what i said, restaurant reviews, people can call to find out information on such.My problem is that first of all,it's my first time to work in a call center, and second, I'm not really used to having a conversation through phone, i mean,i could converse well in english face to face but i think when your talking through the telephone,it changes a bit since you have to describe everything by detail..so that's why i need some help regarding this. |
