"You and me" or "You and I", which one is correct?
And if both are correct, is there a rule when I can use one or the other?

Both are correct,depends on their roles in a sentence.
eg: You and I will be best friends forever.("You and I" here is the subject of this sentence)
while: I wish good luck for you and me ("you and me" here is object)
