Is there any way to begin a sentence with "Since, ..." Please notice the comma after since.

Not really- 'Since then,...' is fine, but it doesn't work without some reference.

It's also possible to begin a sentence with 'Since...' in another sense of the word, namely 'Due to the fact that...', like in the following example:

'Since all our attempts to reach an amicable solution have failed, we are forced to pass the dispute to the court for a final settlement.'

Definitely, but with that meaning, you still can't reduce it to a single word followed by a comma.
