Generally, you might say that "come along with me" was a little more inclusive: it's the verbal equivalent of taking someone's arm.
However, context and intonation can make a great deal of difference: "come with me!" might be said in sultry seductive tones that left no doubt about the speaker's intentions; while "come along with me" could easily be said quite brusquely and coldly.
