Default correct tense

1)"I've been studying" very hard the last weeks
2)"I've studied" very hard the last weeks
3)"I studied" very hard the last weeks

I studied hard last week.

Because you are mentioning "last week" and it seems you are not studying anymore.

It's 'the last weeks', which haven't necessarily finished. 1 & 2 are both possible, but 1 is more natural to me because it adds emphasis to how hard the work has been.

Sorry! you are right. I totally ignored "the".

In this case, I also choose the first one.
