Exclamation I don`t have any money on me.

Hello everyone,
Would you please tell me the difference between these two sentences?
1)I don`t have any money on me.
2)I don`t have any money with me.

Thanks in advance,

There really isn't a difference.

. . . on me <inside my pocket or wallet>
. . . with me <carrying with me>

Well, the reason that I asked this question was that one of my teacher said one of those sentences means I don`t have any money at all.(neither in my pocket nor at home).and one of them means (I don`t have any money in my pocket right now).Is that wrong?

To me, a North American speaker, both mean, I don't have any money on my person.

As a British speaker, I agree with Casiopea. The biggest difference is that the first sentence is less formal.
