Default cut her a deal = made a deal with her?

LESTER :
(re: urine sample) What is this?

RICKY:
Urine. I have to take a drug test every six months to make sure I'm clean.

LESTER :
Are you kidding? You just smoked with me last night.

RICKY :
It's not mine. One of my clients is a nurse in a pediatrician's office. I cut her a deal, she keeps me in clean piss.

Also, the last sentence sounds like he is being soaked in clean piss. Any other way to express the same meaning?

Thanks!

It doesn't sound like that to me. You could soncider using a different verb like 'supplies' or you could change 'piss' to 'urine'. :D

Yes, "I cut her a deal" means he made a deal with her.

"She keeps me in clean piss" could be "she keeps me supplied with clean urine."
