Default named after sb

The PWN Oxford Dictionary says that for an institution named after somebody such connection is correct:

the Czesław Miłosz Foundation
the Czesław Miłosz Prize

the Czesław Miłosz Lyceum (it used to be a Polish high school)

Given all the rules and exceptions for the definite article, I don't think the last one is correct, is it?

Well, if it is still a school I wouldn't use 'the' - eg: he goes to John Smith school - you wouldn't say he goes to the John Smith school. However, you would say he works at the John Smith Museum.
