Default space or area?

Hello again,

could you please check the following sentence (especially the use of the expressions "space" and "area"):

The basis for the outdoor campaign was a network of permanent advertising spaces including especially bridge arches at the main traffic routes and original areas at the Prague airport. During the year it combined carefully selected urban CLV and PLV areas and backlights with areas of different sizes along motorways and primary roads.

Do you possibly know what the abbreviations "CLV" and "PLV" mean? I found something like "city-light display cases" for CLV.

Thank you very much.

Hanka

including especially- including brdige arches especially
original areas- unclear- do you mean designated areas (one just for it?)
PLV- could it be French (Publicite sur Lieu de Vente (POS advertising, promotions) www.acronymfinder.com
PLV areas- I don't like areas here- spots? locations?

Thank you very much, Tdol!
The word "original" as used here means "innovative" or "not common"

I think 'innovative' or 'creative' might work better.
