how to learn speak english not learn just grammer

at the begining i love the english language and also want to know how to use theas little word to construct true sentences,in my studeis i learned the classic way and this way was so limited and dont make me speak fluency.therefore,please lead me to the right method to studuy english

I think that the best way to practice it is to listen to it, read English books and magazines, write letters, e-mails, posts ... It will be a good start and than when you find yourself in a situation in which you will have to use it in everyday communication it'll be a lot easier.
