Default fax - reception of Hotel Plaza

Could you correct the mistakes in the following text, please?
You can also advise some better phrases, as I don't really send faxes to guests of "my" hotel

I am supposed to be a receptionist and answer a fax from one of our potential guests, Janet Cooper...

From: Hotel Plaza
To: Janet Cooper

I’m replying to your fax from the 7th June about your enquiries on our hotel.
Firstly, I’d like to thank you for your questions. I can ensure you that we’re going to go to any lenghts to satisfy you.
Hotel Plaza has rooms available for the days you required. I am pleased to tell you that we can offer you all the rooms you want – a double room with a balcon for you and your husband; and a twin room for your two teenage daughters.
All the rooms in our hotel have an en-suite bathroom, to comfort our guests, and a sea view.
The rooms are 21,000 pesetas per room per night.
I look forward to welcoming you and your family to our hotel.

Yours sincelery,

Reception
