Default "ruthless logic" what do you think?

meaning?

a) a clear mind?
b) ideas without much logic?
C) a logical but cruel way of thinking?

I would like teacher's help and opinion and from all the people in this forum
who read this.

Again I think it must be (c)
ruthless means cruel ;not caring if you hurt or upset other people
