What is the difference between two adjectives: informational and informative?

Considering the risk of defining it by another definition is it:

informational book (source of useful information, guide book, manual, directory)
or informative book (very useful book to read when studying the given subject)
or information book (?)?

My best wishes to everyone at the forum, Happy Easter!
