ESL subject area questions needed :)
Hello everybody.
I am an English teacher in a private language school in Turkey. The school wants to recruit new teachers and it needs subject area questions in order to employ knowladgable teachers. Can anybody help me in that?

What are you trying to test? Their knowledge of language, of teaching, or both?
