Default main finite verbs

hi there

can you tell me if either of the following sentences/headlines have the finite verb omitted; (1) royal rave and (2) eugenie's randy pals left trail of booze and vomit

i think that the finite verb is missing in (1) but not (2) as it has the name Eugenie and her pals, which indicates who is involved, but i am not sure this is right?
thanks!
studygirl.

1- Royal rave- Here, I'd say 'rave' is a noun, so I'd agree with you.
2- Yes, 'left' is a finite verb
