Hello teachers! Are these sentences correct?

"If Daniel walks, he smiles"
and
"He recommended that he presents his report"

You could use 'should present'. Many would use 'present', the present subjunctive, there.

How about the first sentence? Is it correct?

The first is fine as long as he always does this- it's a zero conditional for a fact. If I don't mention a sentence when there are multiple questions, it means that it's correct; it's a timesaver for me as there are so many posts to get through.

The present subjunctive is no longer used in conditionals. Things like 'if he be' are not current usage. The past subjunctive survives in 'if I were'. The present subjunctive is used in phrases like 'I recommend he be', though this is less common in British English than American English, and in set phrases like 'be that as it may'.
