Default Citing a source for a title page

I have written a research paper and on the front page, my title page, I have used a direct quote of the person about whom the paper is written. Where and how do I cite the source?

Welcome, klgressieux.

If you've footnotes, place it there - at the bottom of the title page, and if you've endnotes, place it there - at the end of your paper.

All the best.
