Default when you meet your pen pal for the first time,

When you meet your pen pal for the first time, what do you say to him/her?
'Nice to see you'? 'How do you do?'? Or is there any other good expression for the situation? Thank you in advance.

What about? "It's nice to meet, finally, face to face."

    Casiopea, thank you.
'Face to face' is the key in this case.
    I shouldn't miss that.
'Finally' is also very important to express my feeling that
I have been waiting for the moment for a long time.
    TNX a bunch.

You can move "finally" around, too:

It's finally nice to meet you.
Finally, it's nice to meet you.
It's nice to finally meet you.

Pay no mind to the split infinitive 'to finally meet'. It's a popular expression.
