This is another quotation from Madonna. I need to understand this. Will anybody help me please?

Q1: I understand “Mickey Mouse” can mean “something unimportant, trivial”. Does Minnie Mouse mean the same thing? Just the girl’s version of it?
Q2: Does “Marlene Dietrich's daughter” mean a girl who looks like the sexy actress?
I think so, though I'm less sure about the Minnie Mouse reference. With Marlene Dietrich, I assume she means not just the beauty, but the distance and supposed coldness of the femme fatale.
Her reference to Minnie Mouse dates back to when she was first seeking a record contract. Camille Barbone, the first agent to sign Madonna, heard the audition tape and described Madonna's high voice as sounding like "Minnie Mouse on helium." If you've ever heard Minnie Mouse in the Disney cartoons, her voice is higher-pitched than Mickey's.
