I cannot figure out some words while listening to a clip of a CNN Radio Market Place program.
Could someone please be kind enough to help me by filling out the two blanks of the last paragraph which I wrote down after listening to the above-mentioned audio clip?

You get free checking, but it's not really free because banks tricks you into overdrawing your account and then charge you all kinds of bounced check fees which is almost like payday loans.
EW says that banks aren't cashing checks (1'39")____________meaning more_______________. And he says it's a conscious effort to fool consumers when banks advertise free checking. I'm WT, CNN.
