    Hello, My name is Rogelio Gonzalez, and my question is...
    A couple of days somebody stole my wallet with my paycheck inside...
    I went to the bank but I didn't know how to explain right my problem...
    could you tell me how is right to say:

    " My wallet was stolen a couple of days ago..."

    or

    " My wallet was stealing a couple of days ago..."

    tanks...

    Such terrible news! I'm sorry to hear your wallet was stolen.

    EX: My wallet was stolen a couple of days ago.
