Drafting!

Hello Teacher
I HAVE COME BACK AFTER VERY LONG TIME,
Now I got a Government Job in Court as a Stenographer mean P.A to Judge, Now i need a command over drafting means I have to write some official letter which I found myself in a very difficult position Now help that How can I improve myself at that Level. Means drafting , writing power and judiciary language is also very difficult one so please help me in this regard I highly appreciate you.
