different regional English accents in a film

Hello I´m spanish and an English student too. I have to make a work about the film: Notting Hill and comment on the different regional English accents or kinds of speech used by teh characters in it.
I don´t know nothing about it I need help because I don´t know the differnt accent or speech in English and how to identificate them.
