translation problem

Hello,
I am from Russia. I work at a hotel.
I have to translate some information from Russian into English and I am not sure if the following sentences are OK.
So, could you please correct them:
"Today the Karelia hotel is the only hotel in Petrozavodsk where you can find all necessary facilities and services for organization of seminars and conferences meeting high-level standards."
And " Organizing meetings and seminars at our hotel, you get the highest-level services and have the unique chance to visit the world-famous islands of Kizhi and Valaam and enjoy rafting, hunting and fishing, snowmobile tours and many others as well."
These phrases seem to me rather heavy and "awkward".
