Question
When a project is starting there is a government representative at the opening session and the are happy from the proceedings except the Director of Irrigation Department and he is unhappy from the survey that has been done when the work is starting and there are problems in the canal like erosion, breaks or need of protection or gabion wall the office in Takhar replies to him that we do not have it in plan according to the survey at the end of the day it makes him unhappy and then the office trays to find out the solutions as result of that part from canal cleaning the have made 1981 (m³) Gabion and used almost 13100 sand bags to prepare the canal for irrigation and make sure that once the canal is cleaned the water is getting through other wise if they do not work on those erosion and breaks in the canal it mean a plane with out wings we can’t fly with that
the letter in bold how can we give good examples or idiom to give our letter good meaing and strenght
