Question telephone conversation

Once I receive a call at the office, and would like to know whom the person is looking for, what should I ask?

Could anyone provide an internet link on telephone conversation? Many thanks!

Hi Emily,

You could ask 'How can I help?' and the person would tell you what they want.

You could also ask ' who would you like to speak to?' and if they wanted to speak to someone else you can' 'Put the through' the other person.

Alternatively, you can also answer 'Emily Wong' or 'Emily Wong speaking, how can I help and if the caller wants to talk to someone else they'll let you now!
