Well, there are 3 main auxiliary verbs - be, do and have. As far as I know, they can't be used in the pattern that you presented: auxiliary + noun, except for questions:
My mumisreading a book. (am = auxiliary verb)
Is my mum reading a book? (my mum = noun)
His cousin lives in Austria.
Where does his cousin live?
The paintings have been stolen.
Have the paintings been stolen?
Let's wait for someone that knows better to answer your question, shall we?

Yeah, something like that as 'should' is a modal verb and modal verbs are also called 'auxiliary verbs'.

Should importance- this doesn't make sense, unless 'importance' is the subject and this is a question- it would still require a main verb after it to be complete.
