"Then look no further..."

What does it mean? It doesn't means search or seem!

I'm not sure but it might mean that you already have the best possible option and that there's no need for pursuing for the better one because such thing doesn't exist.
Could you give us more context?

Yes. Here is the original dialog.
-Is this your pitch?
-All Paris is my pitch. Got any spare change? For a coffee?
-Maybe. I need to find a man?
-Then look no further ma petite.
-This is a particular man...
...

Note: ma petite is a French word. It means "my little".

I still find it rather difficult to understand but obviously the man number 1 needs someone to do something special and the man number 2 knows a particular man who obviously is best/good enough to carry it out so there's no need for further search.
Maybe he is even referring to himself.

I'm explaining more detailed. This dialog from a video game. I'm trying to translate it. And here is the complete dialog:

L: Lara
H: Homeless

L: Is this your pitch?
H: All Paris is my pitch. Got any spare change? For a coffee?
L: Maybe. I need to find a man?
H: Then look no further ma petite.
L: This is a particular man. Bouchard. Louis Bouchard. Know him?
H: No. Never heard of him.
L: Even for spare change.
H: Go away! I never heard of him!
L: So where could I ask? I could use a coffee. How about you?
H: Try the Café Metro. In the Place d'Arcade. The owner might be able to help you. Knows all kinds of stuff.
L: Sounds like my kind of café.
H: What about the spare change? Mademoiselle?
L: I didn't say I had any.
H: Welcome to Paris.

Lara is trying to find someone called Bouchard. And she is asking this homeless person his place.

Also spare change means extra change???(But all spare changes???)
