Szymon is on a distinguished road
Default he suggested that

generally the structure is: 'he suggests that she do'
what about the past: 'he suggested that she do/did'?
and what about reported speech in past perfect: "they said he had suggested that she do/had done'?

Could you please explain this to me? Thank you.

He suggests that she do.

past: He suggested that she do.

Past perfect: They said he had suggested that she do.

The first sentence is 'He suggests that she should do.
Therefore, even though its tense is changed, I think it doesn't need to change the tense or form of that-caluse. This is all I've known. Am I correct?
I'm also eager to know which are correct! ^^''

He suggests that she do- this is the present subjunctive and is OK, though as a British English speaker, I'd use 'should do'. When the introductory verb is in the past, the past is more logical unless the thing she should do is still in the future.
