suggest to me your opinion vs.suggest your opinion to me

Hello there,
'suggest to me your opinion' is correct?
I've already known that 'Sugguest your opinion to me' is grammatical.
But how about putting 'to me' in between 'suggest' and 'your opinion'?

No. I wouldn't use 'suggest' at all; I'd use 'tell', but the first doesn't work at all for me.

Thanks. But how about other NP(noun phrase not 'your opinion'?

I'd like to know if I can put 'to me' in between suggest and NP
except a NP( that- clause)

There are some cases where it's possible:
What he did suggested to me that he was getting tired of the criticism.
However, I wouldn't generally use 'suggest to me something'.
